It's Fabtastic

Now that AMD has decided not to locate in Marcy and SUNY Tech wants to repurpose the area, I thought I would offer some suggestions for what to do with the land that would best represnt the area. Comments welcome.

1. Open a landfill for NYC's garbage.
2. Create a viewing tower to watch the construction of NYRI's power line.
3. Build a new prison. Then offer courses in guarding at SUNYIT.
4. Sell it to the Oneidas. Then they can make microchips and not pay taxes.
5. Little Bosnia.
6. Zone it for high-income young urban professionals. Then they'll have to move here.
