Lower Taxes for Once?
Starting this month, NY will stop charging taxes on clothing purchases under $110. Of course, over half the sales tax from the county will remain.
On that front, I hope if Tim Julian does run for the Oneida County Exec. position, he'll be as committed to lowering the sales tax as he is now.

It's about time NYS did this. Now if only the counties follow suit.
