Making the Lake Effect Work for Us

I'm kind of new to the party, so my suggestion about the possibility of wind power in New York was pretty ironic. It seems there is a massive wind project in Maple Ridge that is 4 times the size of my suggestion. The map I referenced doesn't show it well, but Tug Hill and its proximity to Lake Effect wind make it an ideal location to produce significant wind energy.

So, I take back my earier statement. New York is wasting money on electricity giveaways and funding renewable energy. Pick one, guys. The state's not made of money.
